| All of the events of September 11th, 2001 are
certainly horrible. And it is so unfair that innocent people had to die at the
hands of terrorist people. It would be worse though, if any of these people had put
off accepting God's plan of salvation, because according to God's word (the bible) if we
don't accept His Provision for spending all of eternity with Him in heaven, we will spend
all of eternity in hell! Eternity ... That's a very, very , very long time. My prayer
is for you right now! As you read this, you KNOW God is speaking to your heart.
What's He saying to you? God says "Today" is the day of Salvation. Ok, now you know your a sinner and in need of a Savior, and Jesus Christ is the
only way to Salvation. God loves you very much, no matter what you have done in your
past. He is still big enough to forgive you and desires to do so and save you
today. What does it mean to be Born Again/ Saved? (Read John Chapter 3 vs
3-7) But, please don't take my word for anything. Read God's word
yourself. Go to Romans chapter 10 and read vs 9 & 10. The King James
says; "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in
thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the
heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto
salvation". It really is that simple to be saved, yet, all of your eternity depends
on your decision.
Even if you think your saved, Lets pray right now. Read aloud, and pray
with your heart.
Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner,
and I need a savior to be able to spend eternity with you in heaven. I believe Lord
Jesus you are the Son of God, and that you died on the cross for my sins, and was raised
up the third day, and have been on the right hand of God the Father ever since.
Lord please forgive all my sins
and come into my heart, and save me right now. I want you to be the Lord of my Life
starting now & from this day forward. I thank you dear Jesus for your forgiving
me and for saving me right now. Give my life the Godly purpose you desire, and use
me to serve you according to your will. Amen.
